Support Services Reinstatement
SonicWall requires continuous coverage for support agreements. Appliances with an expired warranty or support agreement should be renewed with a 2 or 3 Year subscription option that includes the Support Reinstatement.
Alternatively you can add a separate Support Services Reinstatement which provides the opportunity to bring these appliances back into compliance and up to date, before applying a 1 Year Support subscription renewal (sold separately).
